  • If a refund clause is clearly mentioned in the Service Legal Agreement (SLA) and falls within the agreed conditions.
  • If VA Immigration is unable to initiate the process within the committed timeline due to internal delays.

3. Situations Where Refunds May Not Be Applicable

We ask for your understanding that refunds will not be applicable in cases where:

  • The client voluntarily withdraws or discontinues the service after the process has started.
  • The visa application is rejected due to misinformation, misrepresentation, or failure to comply with immigration guidelines.
  • Delays or refusals occur due to external factors, such as changes in immigration policies or personal circumstances.
  • The client fails to provide required documents or responses within the agreed timelines, affecting the process flow.

4. A Transparent Refund Process

We aim to make the refund process simple and fair:

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
  • Any third-party charges, administrative costs, or non-recoverable fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
